2. Proximal stomach biopsy x2.
CLINICAL DETAILS:
Vomiting.
GROSS DESCRIPTION:
1.  Three biopsies, the largest measuring 4mmm and the smallest 3mm.

2.  Two biopsies, the larger measuring 3mm and the smaller 2mm. 
S2 1B NS RA
HISTOLOGY:
1.  Several biopsies of gastric fundus type mucosa showing mild micro-architectural distortion and non-specific chronic inactive gastritis.
2.  Biopsies of squamous oesophageal mucosa and ulcerated poorly differentiated diffuse type adenocarcinoma showing loosely cohesive groups and individual infiltrating malignant signet ring-like cells.
